A few of you may know this is not my first foray into blogging. In fact, it’s not my second either.
Long before I was planning trips, I was blogging my way through my first expat assignment in Gabon. A move to Norway spurred the second blog, documenting life in Scandinavia and European adventures. As children entered the picture, and the short form writing in Instagram took off, blogging took a backseat and with the move to Abu Dhabi, the posts trickled to a stop and never resumed.
But, alas, here we are. The first blog began as a journal as we embarked on an exciting life overseas and the third begins, 14 years later, having returned to Canada with a travel consultancy business. It’s a full circle moment.
